If the two roofs are replaced and the joinery refixed, the building can be brought into use again without difficulty.

UNIVERSITY MAIN BUILDING,

(1) Great Hall.

The timber boans supporting the roof A11 have been completely removed, also the wood floor. steel roof trusses are, however, still in position, and the elaborate ornamental plaster on the walls is in very good condition, It is suggested that the Hall should be re-roofed as soon as timber can be made

available, or alternatively, that it should be temporarily covered with Galvanised Iron Sheets carried on the existing roof trusses, in order to protect the interior plaster of the Hall itself.

Arts Lecture Rooms. Joinery and wood floors have been removed. All the lecture rooms are structurally sound and the plaster is in good condition.

Engineering Drawing Office & Registrar's Office in Annexe, Both of these buildings have been demolished and the bricks atacked, apparently for use elsewhere.
