111 Terms of Reference and Membership of the Committee.
THE TERMS OF
REFERENCE ARE:
A) to make a recommendation as to whether or not
the University as such should continue to exist,
and if so the policy which should govern its rosuscititation, end
B) to advise in some detail on the stops necessary to
restart such of the work hitherto undertaken by the University as is essential for the needs of Hong Kong, whatever the decision arrived at on the broader issuc.
