equivalent to the comparable examinations and courses of stud which would normally have been undergone in the University by the students affected, and

(2) in computing the two years required by paragraph 3 of Statute 3 to be spent at the University, no account shall be taken of any period during which the Colony shall have been in the occupation of the military forces of Japan.

4. His Majesty hereby reserves to Himself, His Heirs and Successors, power, with the advice of His or Their Privy Council, to revoke, alter or amend this Order as to Him or Them shall seem fit.
