There is now likely to be a delay of six or eight woeke in the delivery of laboratory equipment, and longer for microscopes, Neither a lecturer in Biology or in Physics has yet been found, No notification or serior posts is thought proper either by myself or by the Advisory Committee until, Univercity's future is defined, Laboratory equipment and junior staff reasonably certain by December, recommend therefore, that re-opening be defcrxed till January
