It was reported that, apart from the question of making provision for the restoration of the teaching facilities of the University, questions would arise from time to time as to the disposal of University funds for other purposes. For example, an application had recently been received from a member of the University staff, for the payment of his Provident Fund. It was agreed that a Committee constituted as suggested above might be empowered also to advise on the disposal of University funds for such purposes.
