In addition to these Europeans, there are 15 Chinese onthe Teaching Staff, and on the Clerical
These are a Staff of the University there are 22. mixed crowd and nearly all Chinese.
I also enclose for your information, a statement of payments being made to the debit of the University's current account here, and the income expected to be received from securities deposited with us.
