I venture myself to dis gree with him, at least on present information,
nd I think it would be something or a disaster if we returned to Hong Kong without a definite intention to restore ɛnd adapt the University as British
cultural institution to serve the purpose of promoting Sino-British culturel relations with such Faculties and
special lines of research (e.g. our Fisheries Research scheme) as the
imagination of the Committee may recommend.
