Before he left for

Hong kong Dr. Blocs mentioned your name and suggested that it night be useful for us to have a talk. I would have written to you before but I havo been away from the Office for the past week. I should be delighted to meet you und to heur ut first hand your opinion on any matters which you regard as of importance to the future of Hong Kong. In the hope that it will be convenient to you, I suggest 11.0 a.m. on Monday next, the 16th of Jecember, as the tile for our meeting. But if that does not suit you, please do not hesitate to supcost some other day later next week.
