(1) An admission of piracy was ride on October 26th when a man named LO TO was interrogated by a British officer. LO PO, together with 2 other man called LAU KWAI and 10 KAN, mad been delivered to the Water Police Station the previous day, having been handed over by the guerillas to the Commando Aetaciment on CHI CRAU Island.
LO PO's story, as set out hereunder, was given freely and all questions answered without hesitatión. The interrogat- ing officer saw to reason at all to doubt any part of what 10 O told him.

(c) On or about September 16th, the six nen took their boot to a position half way between .BURD MEN Gnd CITING CRAU and pirated a junk mumed YMUNG LONG BOT, The booty, consisting of a little over a picul of rice, two tins of wood oil,

(a) LO PO stated that his party worked entirely indepen- dently of anybody and Lad no knowledge of the existence of any other group of pirates. The guerillas, however, had mentioned to then that there was a group operating to the West of CIU O CHAU; the guerillas had trie' to apprehend this group but la? 2iled.
(ii) is a result of the piracy committed aboard the ferry boot WAN FIT" on October 19th, a station has been set up at CASTLE DEM, with a personnel of two searchers and four detectives, to search the ferry and its passengers before leaving CASTLE TAK for Chinese waters.
