(5) AIR 1 TELLIGENCE.
(i) A destroyer was despatched frON HONG KONG to bring back the crew and passengers of the Sunderland which force-landed at SAMAR in HATI Island, as reported in Weekly Intelligence Summary No. 7. An explanation for the action of the Chinese in detaining the passengers and placing them under arned guard has been demanded; meanwhile, their release has been autorised by CHUNGKING, and the Sunderland arrived HONG KONG p.m. Movember 13th.
