4.
Any person who
(a) fails, neglects or refuses to comply with any of the
obligat ions imposed on him by or by virtue of this Regulation;
or
(b) in giving any information for the purposes of this
Regulation knowingly makes or presents any declaration, statement
or representation which is false in any material particular, or
from which there is any material omission; or
(c) destroys, conceals, parts with or tampers with any
article to which Section 1 of this regulation applies; or
(d) wilfully resists or obstructs any person in the perfor-
mance of his duties, or in the exercise of his powers or functions under
or by virtue of this Regulation shall be guilty of an offence and
on conviction by the Standing Military Court shall be liable to imprisonment for any term not exceeding five years or to a fine
not exceeding five thousand dollars or to both such imprisonment
and fine.
