"the Colonial Treasury, or such other
places as may be appointed by the Deputy
Chief Civil Affairs Officer".
(4) The appropriate Civil Affairs Officer shall
have the same powers as the Collector of
Crown Rent under the Crown Rent regulations
made under the provisions of the New
Territories Regulation Ordinance, 1910,
and published on pages 647 to 653 inclusive
of Volume II of the Regulations of Hong
Kong, (1937 edition).
