I have the honour to acknowledge receipt
of your despatch No. 213 of October 31st enclosing six
copies of Dr. Selwyn-Clarke's Report on Medical and Health
Conditions in Hong Kong for the period 1st January, 1942 -
31st August, 1945.

In addition to the distribution already
proposed in paragraph 3 of your despatch under reference, I
suggest that 40 copies be sent to Hong Kong for distribution
within the Colony, and that one copy be sent to each of the
