Dear Dr. Herklots,
#han Dr. Selwyn Clarke called on me the other day ne mentioned that you had been asking for a copy of his Report on Hedical and Health Conditions in Hong Song for the period of the Japanese occupation but that cho was not available. As we still have some spare copies here he asked me to send you one which I enclose herewith. I also send a second copy in caso it would be useful to you.
I am giving up Hong Kong work here at the end of this week and transferring to the Malayan sido but I shall hope to hear from time to time of your devebpment
