Any person who durin the Japenese occupation required or was in possession or control or (a; cny property which was on the 25th of December 1941 vested in the Custodian of nemy roperty within the meɛning of sec. 15 (2) of the ordinenos: or (b) of any property the dividends or interest of which or the chere or profits in which should have been paid to such Custodiɛn under the riinance;

shall forthwith give full particulers of and information regarding such property and much dividends interests and share of profits touctodien of -nemy roperty in such form a: he (ny require and shell produce to him all accounts in his possession.

rticle 5.

rohibited Transactions ño person shall dispose of or enter into any agreement in respect of any property mentioned in rticle 4 hereof or of the dividends or profits thereof or of the interest thereon without a permit from the Custodian in addition to any other lic nce permit or aut orication which may be required by or by virtue of any enactment.

Article 6.

Delegation. The Custodian/nemy roperty may delegate any duty or power under this rocleation or under the rdinance or any other matter or things which he may or is required to do by or under this Proclamation or the Ordinance to any person.

indemnity The custodirn of tiemy roperty and every other person appointed for the purpose of errrying out the provi si onu o this roclamation or of the rdinance shall not be liable for any act or omission lone in good faith by way of iving or purporting to give effect, to tie roclamation or to any regulation made or anything authorised by virtue thereof, or to the rdinence.

the manner in which and the condition: subject to which the Custodian is to carry out hi. functiona and duties and exercise his powers;

(d) fees payable to or levinble by the Custodien;
