Short Title
1.
Places of holding sittings.
It is hereby proclaimed as follows:-
This Proclamation may be cited as the Military Courts (Places of holding Sittings) Proclamation, 194.
2. The several courts mentioned in the first column of the Schedule to this Proclamation shall hold their sittings in the respective places shown in the second column of the said Schedule.
3. If in the opinion of the Court it is in the interests of jutice or for the convenience of witnesses, an Urban District Court may hold its sittings in the place appointed for the holding of the sittings of a New Territories District Court.
