(1) No action or proceeding which might under or by virtue of tuis Froclamation be brought before a New Territories District Court Suqli be bruusiit in any other court unless by the leave of such New Territories District Court.

A New Territories District Court, if in the opinion of suen court it is desirable in the interests of justice or for the convenience of witnesses that any action or matter should be dealt with else...nere, may decline to proceeu with the Sallie, and in such event the plaintiff may thereafter institute proceedings in another court as ii ɩne New

The fees au percentages fixeu and appointed to be taken in the Supreme Court in ius Summary Jurisulction and contained in Schedule I to the supreme Court Fees urüer, set forth in Volume 1 of te hegulations of Hong Kong (1957 euition), ami te rules for taxing costs in the Summary jurisdiction, «nd the scales thereunder, set forth on pages 104 to 110 inclusive of Volume 1 of Une said negulations, shall apply, mutatis mutandis, in respect of all proceedings instituted in any court having jurisdiction under or by virtue of unis Froclamation.
51. In all matters before any court for which no provision as to procedure is made by this oclamation the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure (Ordinance No.3 of 1901) shall be applied, mutatis mucanais, but nothing therein snall be deemed in anywise to extend the jurisdiction of the courts as prescribed by tuis Proclamation

Notwithstanding anything contained in this · Proclamation or in the Moratorium Proclamation, 194 court naving jurisdiction under or by virtue of this Proclamation, ií in the opinion or sucn court any action or watter brought before it is of sucn importance tual it should not be dealt with by a court having such jurisulction as aforesaid, may stay the proceedings in such action or Matter and in sucn event the plaintiff may thereafter institute proceedings in the Supreme Court, when that Court resumes its jurisaiction, ab ii no proceedings hau been taken in any other court.
