Other offences punishable with imprisonment or fine.

(a) offers a bribe to or intimidates anyone acting
under the authority of the Forces or in order to induce him not to perform his duty; or
(e) does any act calculated to cause a public
disturbance or to lead to acts of violence; or
(f) publishes, circulates, or has in his possession with intent to publish or circulate any nted or written matter which is in the into
s of the enemy or which is hostile or detrimental to the British Military (dministration, the Forces or any of the United Nations; or
(g) utters any speech or words hostile or
detrimental to the British Military Administration, the Forces or any of the United Nations; or
(h) without lawful authority communicates to anyone
or publishes information concerning the Forces which would or might be directly or indirectly useful to the enemy; or who receives such information and fails promptly to report the same to the nearest military authority;
shall on conviction be punishable with rigorous imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years or with fine not exceeding three thousand dollars or with both such imprison- ment and fine.
5. (1) Any person who
(a) does any act calculated falsely to suggest that he is acting under the authority of the British Military dministration; or
(b) impedes or interferes with the arrest of anyone
about to be arrested, or assists the escape of anyone arrested, under the authority of the British Military dministration; or
(c) disseminates orally or otherwise any false rumour
calculated to spread alarm, despondency or disaffection among the population;
or
(a)
or
steals any property of the Forces the aggregate value of which does not exceed one thousand dollars;
(e) acquires by gift, purchase, or exchange or
wrongfully receives or has in his possession or keeping any article of military equipment, clothing, rations or stores or any other property belonging to, or of a type or pattern issued to, the Forces; or
(f) wilfully removes, damages, defaces or alters any
proclamation or public notice posted under the authority of the British Military Administration;
or
(g) wilfully disobeys any lawful order of the British Military Administration or any member thereof acting in the execution of his duty for which no specific provision is made; Or
