conspires win any oner person to do any act which is designea or likely to give assistance to the naval, military or air operations of the enemy or to impede sụcn operation of the Forces or lo endanger the safety of the Forces; or
(a) except under and in accordance with a permit,
licence or authority issued by an Officer of the Brivisn military Administration, carries or nas in nis possession or under nis control a ilrearm of any description, or any gun, istol or other instrument from which any projectile can be discharged, or any weapon of war or other geauly weapon, or any ammunition, or any explosive
supstance whether or not the same pe contained in any bomb, grenade or projectile;
snall on conviction be punishable with deaun, or with Imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years or with a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars, or kita botu such imprisonment and sucn line.
(2) Any person who
(a)wiliully interieres with the operation of any
public service, including water supply, electric light and ower, gas, sanitation, or similar services, or wilfully destroys or tampers with any installation of any such service; or
(b)without lawful authority enters or is found in any place or area designated as a forbiauen place or area by une posting of a sign or ine presence of sentries; or
(c)steals any property of the Forces or any member
thereof une aggregate value of wnlcn exceeds one thousand dollars; or
(a)oilers a bribe to or intinioates any member of the
Forces, any person/undee une authority of tne. Forces in order to inquce nim not to perform his duty; or

(e)aoes not act calculated to cause a public disturbance
or to lead to acts of violence; or
(1) pubiisnes, circulates or nas in mis possession witn
intent to publish or circulate any printed or written matter which is in the interests of the enemy or which is nosulle or detrimental to the Military Administration, the Forces or any of the Governments to which une Forces or part thereof belong; or
(g)utters any speech or words hostile or detrimental to the Military Administration, the Forces or any of the Governments to which the Forces or part unereof belong; or
