8. Both Commander Jolly's Memorandus of the 12th February and his comments on the memorandum recently submitted to our Committee contain views which H.E. and other goverment officials concerned, and
Mr. Colman, will wish to consider. I think too, that the members of the Committee would be interested although in my opinion they might more conveniently be brought forward when Mf. Colman has indicated what lines he suggests the Trust proceeds on.
