Provided always that an officer or person appointed by the Governor under the provisions of this sub-section to be a trustee (including a Chai rman) shall be a trustee during the Governor's pleasure and shall cease to be a trustee if his appointment is revoked by the Governot

If no nomination is received for the appoint- ment of any trustee or trustees in respect of whom nomination is required, the Governor may, as soon as he deems reasonable, appoint a trustee or trustees without nomination and such appointment shall take effect in every way as if it had been made on nomination.
(6) No act or decision of the trustees shall be valid unless approved by more than four of the trustees.
(7) No trustee appointed under the provisions
of this secti on, save and excepting the Chai rm n of such trustees, shall be paid or receive any emolumen in respect of his services as such trustee. The Chairman shall be paid and receive such emoluments as the Governor may di rect.

(1) The trustees shall be A ody corporate under the name of "The Hong Kong Por Trust and by that name shall have perpetual succession and shall and may sue and be sued in all courts and shall and may have and use a common seal.

all deeds and other documents requiring the Seal of the Trust shall be sealed in the presenc e the Chairman and shall be signed by such Chairman and by two trustees. No deed or document shall be scaled with the seal of the Trust save in pursuance of a resolution in that behalf by the Trust.
(1) Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance, the Trust shall have power:-

(a) to acquire, accept leases of, purchase, take, hold and enjoy any lands, buildings, me ssuages or tenements of what nature or kind Soe ver and where so ver si tua ted which may be deemed necessary for the purpose of furthe the work of the Trust and also to purchase acquire and possess goods and chattels of what nature and kind sogver for the like purpose;

(b) to grant, sell convey, assign, surrender. yield up, mortgage, demise, reconvey, reassign. transfer or otherwise di spose of any lands, buildings, messuages, tenements, mortgage S, goods, chattels or other property which are the time being vested in r belonging to the Trust upon such terms as to the Trustees may seem fit: Provided that nothing in this section shall be construed so as to authorize any breach of trust on the part of the Trustees.
The powers in this section contained shall not be exerci sed until such time as the Governor in Council shall by or der appoint and shall thereafter be exerciseable only subject to such limitations as the
