Constitution
3(1) The Port of Hongkong includes
of Port.

(a) the arca of all the waters, navigable
or not, stated in the First Schedule,
(b) all the property, real and personal, stated
in the Second Schedule.
(2) As soon as may be after this Ordinance comes into
operation, there shall be transferred to the Port
Trust to be held by them for the purpose of the Trus t
on such terms as the Governor in Council may prescribe,
all the real and personal property specified in the
Second Schedule.
(3) The Governor in Council may by order delete from, vary,
or add to the First Schedule any area of water, and
delete from, vary, or add to the Second Schedule
any property, real or personal, on such terms as he
may consider desirable.
