I enclose a copy of a letter addressed to the Admiralty and the Ministry of Transport regarding the future control and development of the Port of Hong Kong. I assume that the Joint Administration Planning Staff have no observations to offer on the proposals and I should be glad to have your confirmation as soon as possible.
