The following is my understanding of the decisions reached at the discussion at which Mr.Mayle, Sir Mark Young, Mr. Colman, you and I and Mr. Melmoth were present.
1 The draft ordinance should if necessary be amended to secure that financial control remains with the Legislative Council for three years.
