5。 Internal telephones service.
The Hong Kong Telephone Company should be
assisted as soon as possible to restore the internal telephone communications under the direction as to priority of works etc., of the Chief Civil Affairs Officer; and the financial
and other provisions of the Hong Kong law relating to the Hong Kong Telephone Company should be adjusted in any respect
to suit the current conditions.
