Dear Paskin,
In reply to your letter of May 12th, we can agree that you may have authority to defray day to day expenditure of the Hong Kong and Borneo Planning Units within the li.it of £500 for each Unit in the first instance from the Hong Kong funds and the Vote of Credit respectively.
We also agree that you may get the printing press subject to your making certain that there is no
duplication of the order.
