With reference to Commander-in-Chief's telegram No. C.A. 2712 or 19th of March requesting copy of Subsidy Code, attached herewith are two copies of Subsidy Code together with one copy of the Grant Code including Part IV which was submitted under cover of Hong Kong Despatch No. 502 or the
24th December, 1940. A copy of Lord Moyne's despatch No. 78 of 30th June, 1941 approving all these documents was forwarded with my savingram No. 21 of the 18th February, 1946.
