I am directed by Colonel Oliver Ste 107 to refer to your letter M T No.61459 of the 8th April addressed to the Foreign Office, about the registration on the Medical Register kept by the General Council, of students of the University of Hong Kong who qualify after going through co rece of instruction in free China and to ex lain tint he has,with the concurrenco of the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, boon giving consideration to this question.
