I am at last enclosing the photographic copy of the Hong Kong Degree Certificate, together with a clear copy of the coat of arms, which gives the detail that is not clear in the photograph. The actual size of the diploma is 33 x 45 centimeters. I trust that you received the University Seal safely. The small packet was finally sent by the Bag, as Sir Horace Seymour's departure was delayed.
Now that the war is definitely over I am expecting
I at any moment to go back into Hong Kong with the Unit. am anxiously awaiting word and hope that it will not be long delayed.
