The British Authoritics at Hong Kong and the Chinese Military Authorities will co-operate in investigating and apprehending war criminals who may be in the Hong Kong area at the time of the surrender of Hong Kong or who may thereafter seek refuge at Hong Kong, or who may leave Hong Kong seeking refuge elsewhere in areas under Chinese Control.
