THE COMMITTEE expressed their agreement with the terms of a draft telegram to Admiral Harcourt prepared by the Colonial Office, who were in disagreement with 3 Admiral Harcourt's proposal to appoint Mr. Gims on as
Lieut.-Governor, and instructed the Secretary to arrange 15 for its despatch.
