I attach for your use, two copies of the drafts of the Directives (a) to the Force Commander and (b) to the C.C.A.0., in which I have incorporated some amendments already suggested by the War Office.
These drafts are, of course, now being considered by the various Branches of the War Office and will have to be concerted with the Admiralty before they are issued, but you may like to take these copies with you in their present form.
