telecommunications planning. Whilst we have no name to suggest at the moment, Mr. Morris has interviewed a suitably qualified candidate.

J.J. Cowperthwaite (59800 W.A.), an Administrative Officer from Sierra Leone is due to arrive here by the middle of March. If Lt.Col.Cunningham cannot be released to us reasonably soon, we should want to leave the S.0.1 post temporarily vacant and take on another S.0.2. There should be no Treasury objection to this.
