5. Records
The above unit will be affiliated to Inf Records, Warwick under the provisions of ACI 458/44.
4. stationery ctc
Arrangements will be made by the War Office (C2c) for an initial sup of stationery and publications to be despatched, without requisition, to the unit at the address given in para 1 above, so as to arrive as soon as possible.
A standard sup of AFs will similarly bo despatched, without requisition, by the appropriato FD.
Application for office machinery ic typewriters and duplicators, will be submitted by the unit on L 1392 (in manuscript if the form is not available) direct to the War Office (C2c), Curzon Street House, Curzon Street, London, W1.
5. Str Returns
Af's 3157(ar) will be completed and rendered in accordance with the instrs contained in the pamphlet "Unit Guide to Personnel Strength Returns (Home) 1944" issued with CI 148/45.
The War Office copies of 's B158(ar)(sco ACI 110/44 as amended by ACI 241/44) and Pt II Orders (Offrs) (sec ACI 789/43) will be endorsed "AG1(Offrs)" in the top right-hand corner.

A scale of vehs, as laid down by the war Office, will be issued without demand under arrangements to be made by the War Office branches concerned.
