First. Our views are that mobilisation in India
should continue so long as Civil Affairs drafts or units
for Hongkong stage through India.
Second. We have not yet asked you to ship any
G.1098 eqpt or Tpt to Hongkong for CA Units in Para 4th
of Troopers signal quoted and do not understand how
CinC Hongkong can mobilise them forthwith. Have included
in shipping bid for DEC 500 CA Pers and 300 Vehs for CA.
