At (6) herein we suggested that, through Prof. Channon, the 6ommission on Colonial Higher Education would be able to obtain at first hand, any information it might wish to have in regard to the lines on which the enquiry by our ad hoc committee on Hong Kong University and Higher Educational Institutesin Malaya was developing. As Prof.Channon will be away for some months, perhaps a copy of this report should be forwarded to the Asquith Commission.
