(1) Application for entry permits can be made at many entry points including Taipo and all points authorised on northern Land frontier; but Hong Kong tself is entry point most frequently used. Actual permits are issued at Hong Kong, Taipo and Macao only; it normally takes at least 3 days (during present rush period) to prepare a permit, counting from the date on which application is submitted.
(2) There is no change as regarde consular visas except Chinese passports must now be visëd to be valid for Hong Kong,
(3) Every effort will be made to avoid untoward incidents in such cases; but it is hoped that Chinese authorities will cooperate to extent of advising immigrants office (telegraphic address Imoff Hong Kong) of expected arrival of such personages.
(4) Such morenante can obtain frontier pesses valid for 1 year from date of issue for 2 dollars Hong Kong; these passes allow holder to make any number of journeys into the Colony during their validity.
