The payments in China comprise 6 months back pay and notice pay on abolition of office to all escaped Government servants and volunteers, relief to the former pending the issue of ad hoc allowances in lieu of pensions, percibas to escaped volunteers and Government Defence workers, relief and travelling expenses to escaped Indian employees who are sent on to India, and pensions to iscaped pensioners.
