The Bureau for exchanging Philippine and Hong Kong resources will be enlarged and the Hong Kong representative of the Bureau has arrived in Manila to discuss with the military in the Philippines both the scope and the quantities of material exchangeable. A large quantity of sugar has arrived in Hong Kong from Manila and another consignment of tobacco is expected shortly.
