Section 6 (3) (c).
The following subsection shall be added:-
"(6) Notwithstanding anything in this Ordinance, the interest accruing from investments of the Fund may be applied by, or under the directions of, the Secretary of state for any purposes of the Government of Hong Kong.
The second sentence, commencing with the words "The control of the Treasurer" shall be omitted.
The reference to the Treasurer and the Advisory Committee shall be construed as a reference to the Secretary of state.
