(૩) all functione exercisable by the Governor, the
Governor in Executive Council, or any officer or
authority of the Government of the Colony under
any enactment shall be regarded as having been
transferred to, and shall be exercisable by,-the
(a) in the case of merchant shipping functions, the Minister of War Transport, and
(b) in the case of other functions, the Secretary of State,

3.(1) It shall be lawful for the secretary of state by
Order under bis hand to amend the schedule to this Order or
to add any enaatment and modification thereof to that
Schedule; and from tie date upon which any such Order
of the secretary of State comes into operation, paragraph (4)
of Section 2 of this der shall have effect subject to the
amendmenta so made or shall have effect as respects the
enactments and modifications so added, as the case may be.

3. His Majesty hereby reserves to himself, his heirs and puce

8. Paragraphs (3)-end- (4) of section & of This Order
shall be deemed to have come into operation on the
twenty-sixth day of December, 1941.
