Operation.

other instrument to be published in the Gazette of
the Colony or to be laid before the Legislative
Council thereof shall have no effect in relation to
any regulations or instruments made by the Secretary
of State by virtue of this Order; and where the date
of such publication or laying would be material for
any purpose, the date for that purpose shall be the
date prescribed in such regulations or instruments
`r, if no date is so prescribed, the date of the
regulations or instrument.
5.
His Majesty hereby reserves to Himself, His
Heirs and Successors, power with the advice of His
or Their Privy Cou.cil to revoke, alter or amend this
Order as to Him or Thom shall seem fit.
6.
This Order shall be deemed to have come into
operation on the twenty-sixth day of December 1941.
