the Colony or to be laid before the Legislative
Council thereof shall have no effect in relation to'
any regulations or instruments made by the Secretary
of State by virtue of this Order; and where the date
of such publication or laying would be material for
any purpose, the late for that purpose shall be the
date prescribed i such regulations or instruments
or, if no date is so prescribed, the date of the
regulations or instrument.

His Majesty hereby reserves to Himself, His
Heirs and Successors, power with the advice of His
or Their Privy Council to revoke, alter or amend this
Order as to Him or Them shall seem fit.
