Power to amend or revoke this Order.
Operation.
(2) Any enactment which requires regulations or any
other instrument to be published in the Gazette of the
Colony or to be laid before the Legislative Council
not
thereof shall/have effect in relation to any regula-
tions or instruments made by the Secretary of State by
virtue of this Order; and where the date of such pub-
lication or laying would be material for any purpose, the
date for at purpose shall be the date prescribed in such
regulations or instruments or, if no date is so
prescribed, the date of the regulations or instrument.
5.
His Majesty hereby reserves to Himself, His Heirs
and Successors, power with the advice of His or Their Privy
Council to revoke, alter or amend thie Order as to Him or
Them shall seem it.
6.
This Order shall be deemed to have come into
operation on the twenty-sixt.. day of December 1941.
