Frovided that nothing in this section shall authorise the application of the capital moneys of the Exchange

Fund established by the Currency Ordinance, 1935, except

for purposes prescribed in that Ordinance as amended by

subsequent Ordinances or for the redemption of Hong Kong

currency.

(2) For the purposes of this section a person shall be deemed to be a dependant of another person if the

Secretary of State is satisfied that he ers was sub- stantially

3. Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Order

all the functions of the Governor, the Governor in

Executive Council or any officer or authority of the

Government of the Colony under the enactments mentioned

in the First Schedule to this Order shall be regarded as
