that I did bring this matter up several times with ir. Forrest, long
before, and kir. Forrest on several occasions told me that it is quite
impossible, because when he himself cannot get enough shroffs how
could he spare one for me? When I referred to Government shroffs,
I did not necessarily mean that they must be shroffa employed by
Government, they could have been employed by me as I did actually
have some, but they could have been secured by Government.
