With reference to Lord Lloyd's despatch No.258
of 9th August, 1940, I have the honour to submit for the
signification of His Majesty's pleasure the following
Enclosure No.1. Ordinance intituled:-
Enclosure No.2.
"An Ordinance to amend the Prevention of
Eviction Consolidation and Amendment Ordinance,
1939".
2. The enclosed report by the Attorney General
explains the objects and reasons of the Ordinance.
