To sum up. I would suggest that the Colonial
Office accept the complete charge for P.258,948.94 (£32,068.14.9) unless you consider, and the War Office agree that Section 5 (P.39,322.97 which at 8.070,125 =
8.070,125 £4,872.13.2) should be recovered from the War Office.
