The Governor of Hong Kong presents his
compliments to the Right Honourable the
Secretary of State for the Colonies, London,
and has the honour to forward for his information
two extracts from the "South China Morning Post"
of 28th June, 1941, and 2nd July, 1941, containing
two speeches which the Governor has recently
made over the Hong Kong Broadcasting Station.
