The British Council has also decided tọ
establish a number of scholarships to be held at Hong
Kong University by students from China.
The holders
of these scholarships are to be nominated by the
Council of the Sino-British Cultural Association.
An expression of the appreciation of
Lord Moyne, the Secretary of State for the Colonies
and of the Government and University of Hong Kong
for their generous actions has been conveyed to the
Rhodes Trustees and to the British Council
